Terms & Conditions

We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly glamping experience. The following glamping Policy (or) House Rules have been established basedon industry standards, management and operational procedures. These are considered apart of our reservation agreement with you and are presented here to help promote ourguests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of theunderstandings of Glamping policies and rules.

GUEST POLICY
Nothing brings you closer to the heart of the countryside than when you stay on a farm.During your visit, we invite you to wander, explore, taste, harvest and share in the fruits ofour labour.Breakfast: Breakfast is included for Glamping suite guests. We begin serving breakfastfrom 8:00am and conclude by 10:00am.Allergies: Please make us aware of any dietary restrictions or preferences BEFORE yourstay.

WIFI Access: Access to our Wi-Fi is free for our registered guests. The Wi-Fi access code issubject to change without notice. Wi-Fi signals are subject to change without noticedepending on the room’s location, the status of our Wi-Fi-equipment, and interferencefrom other local wireless signals. Angirasa assumes no liability for guest use.

Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests per room (minimum two adults; anycombination of adults + children not exceeding 4 guests total). Children aged 12 oryounger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a shared room with a paying adult. If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be asked to rent another guest room for proper accommodations or vacate the property.

Not Pet Friendly Accommodations: We do not allow dogs or pets on the property. Ourworking farm uses Belgian Malinois guard dogs to protect our farm. For guests withlicensed service animals, please contact us before making a reservation.

Quiet hours: 11:00pm to 7am are designated quiet hours at Angirasa. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact Front Desk staff immediately. Personal devices,voices, or other musical devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating or running across the property.

Valuable’s: Be advised to keep valuables in your personal suites. Keep your doors lockclosed when not in the room or when you are sleeping. We have a permanent guard in theproperty, but he can’t see all rooms at the same time. The management will not in anywhatsoever, be responsible for the loss of guest’s belongings or any other property.

Mini Pool: Our In-room Mini pool is available for registered guests only. Visitors are notpermitted in the mini pool. The mini pool is located in each of the glamping suites. Adultsupervision is required for all children under the age of 13. No children under the age offive or pregnant women are permitted into Mini Pool. No food, drinks, or smoking is allowedin the Mini Pool. Please refer to the posted rules at the Mini Pool for more use guidelinesand rules-those guidelines and rules are considered a part of our glamping Policy/HouseRules.

NO Alcohol policy: Alcohol is not allowed in public areas at Angirasa. Alcohol consumedduring special events served by a licensed caterer with permit to serve/sale alcohol isrestricted to those 21 years old or older (valid photo identification required) and can onlybe consumed at that event venue.

NO in-room party: Angirasa enforces a No In-Room Party Policy to ensure we can protectthe property and our guests at all times. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noisenuisanceare allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, onepolite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed,the guest will be asked to leave the property without refund. Registered guest(s) isresponsible for all persons visiting. Non-Registered visitors are only permitted until 8:00P.M. If found with more “people” not listed on the Guest Registration Form after 08:00 P.M.your stay will be considered a party. You will be ordered to vacate the premises withoutrefund and may be access Guest Compensation Disturbance Fee.

Access to rooms: Management reserves the right to enter a room for reasonablepurposes, such as an emergency, housekeeping, maintenance, verify that the room, itsfurnishings, and mechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation ofour Resort Policy/House Rules. In the event of suspected illegal activity, managementreserves the right to summon law enforcement to aid in eviction. The right to privacy endswhen a Resort Policy/House Rule is broken. Law enforcement will be granted immediateaccess to resort property and rooms of evicted guests.Request Policy: Although every effort will be made to satisfy any specific requests, we cannot guarantee them. Should you consider the suite you have booked not suitable,upgrades or relocations can be requested subject to availability and at an additional cost. Guests wishing to change rooms after check-in will incur a cleaning fee.

Parking at own risk: All vehicle(s) must be listed on the registration at check-in. Parking forregistered guest(s) is free. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Angirasa shallnot assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operatedor parked on the property. If a vehicle is left in the designated parking lot after the guesthas departed without the written consent of management, we reserve the right to havethe vehicle towed at the owner’s expense. No vehicle repairs on the premises.

CHILD POLICY: While we are not a family-style resort, families traveling with children are welcome. Weknow little ones like to wander and explore, however due to our expansive nature of farmresort, leisure main pool, and as we have no lifeguards on duty, we ask that children besupervised by adults always traveling with them. For their own safety and as a courtesy toall guests, children without adult supervision are unable to enter the public areas and weappreciate your understanding in this regard. For safety reasons, please do not leavechildren unattended in guest rooms.§ Children have access to all areas of the property, including main pool.
Children up to 12 years of age can stay in the parent’s room and breakfast iscomplementary.
Over 12 years up to 17.99 years, an extra bed charge of INR 2000/- per night includingbreakfast is applicable.
3rd adult (18 yrs. and above) is welcome in Suites wherein it is chargeable at INR5000/- per night including breakfast.
All beds are king size, no twin-bedded rooms are available.

WORKING FARM POLICY
With a strong emphasis on the full cycle of sustainability, our farm is in complete balancewith nature. We have formulated some rules to ensure all guests have a safe and fun time.Please carefully read the rules, if you have any questions please contact us.
Though we have taken due care of the safety of the visitors, we do not have totalcontrol on accidents which may happen due to fall of trees, insect bites, and manymore aspects. Visitors are expected to take care & follow guidelines given by managerbefore stay.
NO off-road vehicle use is permitted on the farm for environmental, insurance, andnoise reasons (e.g. Four Wheel drives & off-road motorcycle activities, motorized toys.electric scooters).
Please drive slowly and safely within the Farm. MAX 10klm speed limit. Remember thereare likely to be kids running, playing ball games, etc.§ All native & domestic animals are protected. Guests are not to annoy, chase, or harmany animals.
Children must be properly always supervised when on the farm. They are notpermitted to climb on any structure. This includes machinery, sheds, trees, water tanks,railings, tables, chairs, sinks, toilets, benches, or leaning out of windows.
Rubbish is to be placed in bins. Campsites are to be always free from rubbish. Do notburn rubbish (excepting paper & cardboard) in the campfire pits.

Recycle: Guests are requested to help our environment by recycling where possible.Specific bins are supplied for glass/plastic bottles. You are encouraged to give yourwaste food scraps to the chickens. Do not feed the dogs or leave waste lying about.

RESERVATIONS & RATES
The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a resultof changes in your arrival and/or departure dates. Rates quoted are in Indian Rupees.Rate is for the number of adults reserved at point of booking only. All services not includedin the offer package shall be charged separately. Any extension of stay will be charged toguest based on either the Flexible Rate or any other Packages offered by Angirasa.Reservation is not transferable. No name change is allowed. Booking conditions / Online reservations: When you make your reservations online you aresolely responsible to read the terms of booking conditions/online reservations which shallform part and parcel of this User Agreement. You agree to abide by the terms orconditions of purchase imposed by Angirasa with whom you elect to deal. You understand that any violation of any such Terms of Use may result in cancellation of yourreservations, debiting your account for any costs we incur because of such violation. You will be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arisingout of your use of this website, and, without limitation, you will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of transactions performed byothers on your behalf, whether such uses were performed with your consent.

Booking confirmation: If booking is made through the internet payment gateway, do notreply to your auto generated booking confirmation email. Should you like to contact usregarding your reservation please email us on reservations@angirasa.in, mentioning yourbooking reference number, name and date of travel.

Methods of payment: Reservations can be made directly online or by calling our resort. Allmajor credit cards are accepted, and a valid credit card is required to secure areservation.

Taxes, Gratuities & Credit Cards: All rates are subject to a 18% GST. Gratuities forhousekeeping and breakfast are left to guests’ discretion.

Rate changes: Different rate categories are listed on the online booking engine, regardlessof the currency it is listed under or/and the offer(s) available is subject to change at the discretion of Angirasa. Since the rates are changed /amended frequently there might bemore than one rate for a given date. Once the confirmation voucher is generated throughthe booking engine, and provided that the booking is within the ‘no refund’ period of thecancelation policy (please see below for more information about amendments andcancellations) it is not possible to change/amend the original rate once the reservationwas confirmed.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT POLICY
For our Glamping Suites there is in-person check-in between 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and Checkout is by 11:00 am.
You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room. A valid government issued identification or passport is required at check-in.
Should you arrive at our property prior to the normal check-in time, please approachour Reception for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the eveningprior to your arrival.
Late checkout requests must be prearranged, if possible. Late check-outs areavailable on request subject to room availability and occupancy level. Please checkwith our Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of latecheck-out.
A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 11am to 6pm anda full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6pm.

Security Deposits and Photo I.D.: Required on check-in All guests are required to provide acredit card pre-authorisation on arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges. A valid IDcard will be required at check-in. This ID may be copied or stored as a record that wehave verified who you are in compliance with government regulation. Any personalinformation contained on the collected ID will be securely stored and carefully disposed ofat the end of its usefulness.

Credit Card Authorisation: A credit card authorization will be asked for at the time ofcheck-in and will be used to cover incidental charges. We will pre-authorize all creditcards upon arrival. Please note this process validates the presented card and protectsboth the card holder and merchant from fraud. We may pre-authorize a card for anycharges we determine that the guest may be likely to have during their stay. This preauthorizationwill affect your available funds. For more information on this we suggest thecardholder contact their card issuer. Once a pre-authorization has been made, we cannotrelease, remove, or lower the authorized amount. This is a restriction placed on us by thebank and cannot be negotiated.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the unique concept of our property, last minute cancellations greatly affect us.Travelers insurance is recommended to cover your trip in case of any unexpectedemergencies. Cancellation of Your Travel Arrangements must be notified to us in writing ifthe booking is made directly with Angirasa or through the booking channel / agent, and itwill be effective from the day we receive it.
If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, we require at least 14 days’notice prior to your arrival. For cancellations made with the required notice we willrefund your deposit without any cancellation fee.
For cancellations made within 14 days to 7 days prior to your arrival, your deposit ispartially refundable and 40% of the booking amount would be refunded, but maybeused toward a future stay if you reschedule within a year, subject to availability.
For cancellations made within 7 days or less prior to your arrival, your deposit is nonrefundable.
Early departures, no-shows, and cancellations on the day of arrival are responsible forthe full amount of their reservations with no refunds.Cancellation policy for special offers and early bird bookings: Any cancellation made on the Early Bird Booking are non-refundable.

Cancellation policy for amended bookings: The cancellation policy will be applicable tothe original date of arrival and not to the extended date of arrival. If the date of arrival isbrought forward, the cancellation policy will be applicable to the amended date of arrival.

Date changes: If you wish to change the date of reservation, it can be done by sending amail to reservations@angirasa.in. If the online rate for the alternate reservation date(s) isless than the original rate, the excess money can be utilized against extra expenditure atthe property during your stay. If the online rate for the alternate reservation date(s) is higher than the original rate, the balance must be paid by you before departure. Date changes will be done subject to availability.To the extent permitted by law, Angirasa shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs,or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation. These T&Cs and the provision of our services shall be governed and are construed in accordance withthe laws of the Republic of India and any dispute arising out of these General T&Cs andour services shall be exclusively submitted to the courts of the Republic of India.

SMOKING, VAPING & COMBUSTIBLES
The dwellings are non-smoking and a drug-free environment. A fee of INR 30,000/- will be collected if smoking occurs inside the glamping tent or outside within 10 feet of Glamping suite. A Designated Smoking Area is provided outside and away from the dwellings. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create anodour which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing ofpatchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products inour facility.
Guests are encouraged to notify Front Desk staff immediately if they smell cigarette, marijuana, or other objectionable odours. This policy is not intended to stop people from smoking, but to regulate where they smoke and how it affects others. Marijuana isprohibited at all times.No-Candles: Candle, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited inthe dwellings. These items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fine accessed, and the guest may be evicted with no refunds.

No-cooking, cooking appliances, combustibles, or fireworks: The safety of our guests, staff, and this facility is extremely important to us. Except for the water kettle and refrigerator unit that the resort provides, preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited. A minimum fee of INR 10000/- will be charged for cooking in aroom, including, but not limited to coffee makers, hot plates, toaster ovens, water heaters, rice cookers, combustible, open flame, barbecue grill, burners, heating appliance, or any other item intended for cooking. Open fires, flames or cooking grills, either charcoal or gas, and fireworks are not allowed anywhere on the property.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Angirasa Nature Getaways is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right torefuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws. Angirasa Nature Getaways has a zero tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by the State of Telangana and the owners for the operation and management.

Angirasa Nature Getaways will refuse service or evict a guest:
for refusal or failure to pay for accommodations, is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests or is not in compliance with state liquor laws.
acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests
seeks to use the property for an unlawful purpose
seeks to bring into the property: an unlawfully possessed firearm; or something,including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess andthat may be dangerous to other persons
destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens harm to resort property or guests
causes or permits persons to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of room,refuses to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by AngirasaNature Getaways for our operations and management.

HOUSEKEEPING
To provide all of our guests with an exceptionally clean and safe glamping experience, weprovide daily housekeeping. This is a 100 % NON-SMOKING property, including medical marijuana. Rooms are cleaned and inspected daily and a detailed log is maintained on each room and linen. Rooms are rented to guests in appropriate condition without any prohibited odour. Housekeeping and Front Desk staff are trained and skilled in identifying the odours from prohibited items. If our investigation concludes that you have smoked in your room, cooked, or brought a prohibited item into our facility, you will be fined, and evicted without any refund.

Linen changing: Your comfort is very important to us. we will only service suites when aguest places a “Service My Room” sign on their door. For guests staying multiples nights, bed linen is changed on a rotation schedule. Used towels are exchanged for fresh towels daily. If Housekeeping is unable to change a bed due to personal items left on a bed, a note will be left. Housekeeping will be happy to change your bed linens and make your beds each day if all personal items are removed. Please contact our Front Desk staff if you have any additional questions or concerns.

DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF PROPERTY
Registered guests and visitors are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s), resort premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at Angirasa during yourstay. Angirasa reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge or debit the credit /debit card such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost orexpenses incurred or suffered by Angirasa as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Resort property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation,etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Damage discovered after check-out: Guest Rooms found with waste strewn around, incomplete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third party fees.

Damage to room: Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, art work, etc. will be charge at 120% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to the property, whether accidental or wilful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.

Damage to mattresses and bedding: Damage to mattresses and linen including; towels,mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement ofthe damaged article.

Damage or tampering with fire detection systems/fire-fighting equipment: Angirasa reserves the right to take action against any guest or visitor found to have tampered orinterfered with any detection equipment throughout the property, including detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests or visitors found to have tampered with any fire detection or fire-fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the management due to their actions and will be evicted from the property. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, law enforcement may become involved at the management’s discretion. Should the fact that fire-fighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc.

LOST & FOUND POLICY
Angirasa assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
Found items: We are not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to thirty (30) days. Records of Lost & Found items are retained for five years. Reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has found. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded.
Unclaimed items/no contact: Lost & Found items are held for thirty (30) days while we attempt to contact the guest. If we are unable to contact the guest during the thirty (30) day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) are thrown away, given to local organizations,or disposed off accordingly by Angirasa.

CHANGES OR MODIFICATION TO THE RESORTPOLICY/HOUSE RULES
Angirasa reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these Resort Policies/House Rules or the arrangements and content featured on our website at anytime without prior notice. Please check our website regularly for updates to Resort Policy/House Rules. Any modification to these Resort Policy/House Rules that occurs before your departure is considered a part of your reservations agreement with us. A copy of these Resort Policy/House Rules is located on our website, in the Guest Room Notebook, and available from Front Desk staff upon request.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
Angirasa does not guarantee that all information available is free from errors or omissions, but we will use all reasonable endeavours to correct any errors or omissions once notified of them. Our opinions are our own. Whilst we rigorously strive for accuracy,these opinions are necessarily subjective to some degree. All recommendations, opinions expressed and prices regarding properties and/or destinations displayed are provided for guidance only. We have endeavoured to portray and describe our resort and/or service as best we canand to provide the most up to date information through our website and other communications with you to the best of our knowledge. We cannot be held liable for any discrepancies or differences that might arise betweenthe content of our website (text, images etc), and any other 3rd party websites. Any commentary and other materials posted on our website are not intended to amountto advice on which reliance should be placed. We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to the website, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents

COMPLAINTS
We would wish to resolve amicably any reasonable complaint that we receive relating tothe standard of service or accommodation arrangements. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally you must follow this up by writing a formal complaint letter to us within 28 days of your return home incorporating all other relevant information. It is a condition of this agreement that you communicate any problem relating to the standard of service oraccommodation arrangements to the relevant authority at Angirasa you will be staying in.If still not resolved, then follow this up with a written complaint. If you fail to follow thissimple procedure, we cannot accept responsibility as we have been deprived of theopportunity to investigate and rectify the matter.
