We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly glamping experience. The following glamping Policy (or) House Rules have been established based on industry standards, management, and operational procedures. These are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you and are presented here to help promote our guest's safety and enjoyment and ensure that each guest understands Glamping policies and rules.

GUEST POLICY

Breakfast

Breakfast is included for Glamping Suite guests. We begin serving breakfast at 8:00 am and conclude by 10:00 am.


Allergies

Please notify us of dietary restrictions or preferences BEFORE your stay.WIFI Access

Access to our Wi-Fi is free for our in-house guests. The Wi-Fi access code is subject to change without notice. Wi-Fi signals are subject to change without notice depending on the room's location, the status of our Wi-Fi equipment, and interference from other local wireless signals. Angirasa assumes no liability for guest use.


Maximum Occupancy

Maximum of 4 guests per room (minimum two adults; any combination of adults + children not exceeding four guests total). Children aged 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a shared room with a paying adult. If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be asked to rent another guest room for proper accommodations or vacate the property. Quiet hours: 11:00 pm to 7 am are designated quiet hours at Angirasa. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, be sure to get in touch with the Front Desk staff immediately. Personal devices, voices, or other musical devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly—no congregating or running across the property.


Valuable's

Be advised to keep valuables in your personal suites. Keep your doors locked when not in the room or sleeping. We have a permanent guard on the property, but he can't see all rooms at the same time. The management will not, in any whatsoever, be responsible for the loss of the guest's belongings or any other property.


Mini Pool

Our In-room Mini pool is available for registered guests only. Visitors are not permitted in the mini pool. The mini pool is located in each of the glamping suites. Adult supervision is required for all children under the age of 13. No children under the age of five or pregnant women are permitted into Mini Pool. No food, drinks, or smoking is allowed in the Mini Pool. Please refer to the posted rules at the Mini Pool for more use guidelines and regulations that are considered a part of our glamping Policy/HouseRules.


NO Alcohol policy

Alcohol is not allowed in public areas at Angirasa. Alcohol consumed during special events served by a licensed caterer with a permit to serve/sell alcohol is restricted to those 21 years old or older (valid photo identification required) and can only be consumed at that event venue.


NO in-room party

Angirasa enforces a No In-Room Party Policy to ensure we can protect the property and our guests at all times. No parties, loud disturbances, and/or noise nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disorder, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our recommendation is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the property without a refund. Registered guest(s) is responsible for all persons visiting. Non-Registered visitors are only permitted until 8:00 pm. If found with more "people" not listed on the Guest Registration Form after 08:00, P.M.your will be considered a party. You will be ordered to vacate the premises without a refund and maybe access Guest Compensation Disturbance Fee.


Access to rooms

Management reserves the right to enter a room for reasonable purposes, such as an emergency, Housekeeping, maintenance, verifying that the room, its furnishings, and mechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of our Resort Policy/House Rules. In the event of suspected illegal activity, management reserves the right to summon law enforcement to aid in eviction. The right to privacy ends when a Resort Policy/House Rule is broken. Law enforcement will be granted immediate access to resort property and rooms of evicted guests.


Request Policy

Although every effort will be made to satisfy any specific requests, we cannot guarantee them. Should you consider the suite you have booked not suitable, upgrades or relocations can be requested subject to availability and at an additional cost. Guests wishing to change rooms after check-in will incur a cleaning fee.


Parking at own risk

All vehicle(s) must be listed on the registration at check-in. Parking for registered guest(s) is free. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Angirasa shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property. If a vehicle is left in the designated parking lot after the guest has departed without the written consent of management, we reserve the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner's expense. No vehicle repairs on the premises.


CHILD POLICY

While we are not a family-style resort, families traveling with children are welcome. We know little ones like to wander and explore; however, due to the expansive nature of the farm resort and main leisure pool, and as we have no lifeguards on duty, we ask that children be supervised by adults always traveling with them. For their own safety and as a courtesy to all guests, children without adult supervision are unable to enter the public areas, and we appreciate your understanding in this regard. For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms. Children have access to all areas of the property, including the main pool.


Children up to 12 years of age can stay in the parent's room, and breakfast is complementary.

Additional adults (12 yrs. and above) are welcome in Suites wherein it is chargeable at INR 2,000/- per night, including breakfast.

All beds are king-size, and no twin-bedded rooms are available.


WORKING FARM POLICY

With a strong emphasis on the entire cycle of sustainability, our Farm is in complete balance with nature. We have formulated some rules to ensure all guests have a safe and fun time. Please carefully read the rules; if you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Though we have taken due care of the safety of the visitors, we do not have total control over accidents that may happen due to the fall of trees, insect bites, and many more aspects. Visitors are expected to take care of & follow guidelines given by the manager before their stay.

NO off-road vehicle use is permitted on the Farm for environmental, insurance, and noise reasons (e.g., Four Wheel drives & off-road motorcycle activities, motorized toys. electric scooters).

Please drive slowly and safely within the Farm. MAX 10 km speed limit. Remember, there are likely to be kids running, playing ball games, etc.

All native & domestic animals are protected. Guests are not to annoy, chase, or harm any animals.

Children must be adequately always supervised when on the Farm. They are not permitted to climb on any structure. This includes machinery, sheds, trees, water tanks, railings, tables, chairs, sinks, toilets, benches, or leaning out of windows.

Rubbish is to be placed in bins. Campsites are to be always free from trash. Do not burn garbage (except paper & cardboard) in the campfire pits.


Recycle: Guests are requested to help our environment by recycling where possible. Specific bins are supplied for glass/plastic bottles. You are encouraged to give your waste food scraps to the chickens. Do not feed the dogs or leave waste lying about.


RESERVATIONS & RATES

The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates. Rates cited are in Indian Rupees. The rate is for the number of adults reserved at the point of booking only. All services not included in the offer package shall be charged separately. Any extension of stay will be charged to the guest based on either the Flexible Rate or any other Packages offered by Angirasa.

Online reservations

When you make your reservations online, you are solely responsible for reading the terms of booking conditions/online reservations, which shall form part and parcel of this User Agreement. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by Angirasa, with whom you elect to deal. You understand that any violation of any such Terms of Use may result in the cancellation of your reservations and debit of your account for any costs we incur because of such breach. You will be entirely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of this website, and, without limitation, you will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of transactions performed by others on your behalf, whether such uses were performed with your consent. Booking confirmation: If the booking is made through the internet payment gateway, do not reply to your auto-generated booking confirmation email. Should you like to contact us regarding your reservation, please email us at reservations@angirasa.com, mentioning your booking reference number, name, and date of travel.


Methods of payment

Reservations can be made directly online or by calling our resort. All major credit cards are accepted, and a valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Taxes, Gratuities & Credit Cards: All rates are subject to an 18% GST. Gratuities for Housekeeping and breakfast are left to guests' discretion. Rate changes: Different rate categories are listed on the online booking engine, regardless of the currency it is listed under or/and the offer(s) available is subject to change at the discretion of Angirasa. Since the rates are changed /amended frequently, there might be more than one rate for a given date. Once the confirmation voucher is generated through the booking engine, and provided that the booking is within the 'no refund' period of the cancelation policy (please see below for more information about amendments and cancellations), it is not possible to change/amend the original rate once the reservation was confirmed.


CHECK-IN – CHECKOUT POLICY

For our Glamping Suites, there is in-person check-in between 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm, and Checkout is by 11:00 am.

You must be at least 18 years of age to check in and register for a room. A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in.

Should you arrive at our property prior to the standard check-in time, please approach our Reception for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival.

Late checkout requests must be prearranged, if possible. Late checkouts are available on request, subject to room availability and occupancy level. Please check with our Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on the availability of late checkout.

A half-day room charge may be incurred for late checkout between 11 am to 6 pm, and a full-day room charge may be incurred for late checkout after 6 pm. Security Deposits and


Photo ID

It is required on check-in. All guests are required to provide credit card preauthorization on arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges. A valid card will be required at check-in. This ID may be copied or stored as a record that we have verified who you are in compliance with government regulations. Any personal information contained on the collected ID will be securely stored and carefully disposed of at the end of its usefulness.


Credit Card Authorisation

A credit card authorization will be asked for at the time of check-in and will be used to cover incidental charges. We will pre-authorize all credit cards upon arrival. Please note that this process validates the presented card and protects both the cardholder and merchant from fraud. We may pre-authorize a card for any charges we determine that the guest may be likely to have during their stay. This preauthorization will affect your available funds. For more information on this, we suggest the cardholder contact their card issuer. Once a preauthorization has been made, we can not release, remove, or lower the authorized amount. This is a restriction placed on us by the bank and cannot be negotiated.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the unique concept of our property, last-minute cancellations significantly affect us. Travelers insurance is recommended to cover your trip in case of any unexpected emergencies. Cancellation of Your Travel Arrangements must be notified to us in writing if the booking is made directly with Angirasa or through the booking channel/agent, and it will be effective from the day we receive it.

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your reservation, we require at least 14 days' notice prior to your arrival. For cancellations made with the necessary information, we will refund your deposit without any cancellation fee.

For cancellations made within 14 days to 7 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is partially refundable, and 40% of the booking amount would be refunded but may be used toward a future stay if you reschedule within a year, subject to availability.

For cancellations made within seven days or less prior to your arrival, your deposit is non-refundable.

Early departures, no-shows, and cancellations on the day of arrival are responsible for the total amount of their reservations with no refunds. Cancellation policy for special offers and early bird bookings: Any cancellations made on the Early Bird Booking are non-refundable.Cancellation policy for amended bookings: The cancellation policy will be applicable to the original date of arrival and not to the extended date of arrival. If the date of arrival is brought forward, the cancellation policy will be applicable to the amended date of arrival.


Date changes

If you wish to change the date of reservation, it can be done by sending an email to reservations@angirasa.com. If the online rate for the alternate reservation date(s) is less than the initial rate, the excess money can be utilized against extra expenditures at the property during your stay. If the online rate for the alternate reservation date(s) is higher than the original rate, the balance must be paid by you before departure. Date changes will be done subject to availability. To the extent permitted by law, Angirasa shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation. These T&Cs and the provision of our services shall be governed and are construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, and any dispute arising out of these General T&Cs and our services shall be exclusively submitted to the courts of the Republic of India.


SMOKING, VAPING & COMBUSTIBLES

The dwellings are non-smoking and have a drug-free environment. A fee of INR 30,000/- will be collected if smoking occurs inside the glamping tent or outside within 10 feet of the Glamping suite. A Designated Smoking Area is provided outside and away from the dwellings. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor that is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture, we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products in our facility.


Guests are encouraged to notify Front Desk staff immediately if they smell cigarettes, marijuana, or other objectionable odors. This policy is not intended to stop people from smoking but to regulate where they smoke and how it affects others. Marijuana is prohibited at all times.


No-Candles

Candles, incense, and essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited in the dwellings. These items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fine accessed, and the guest may be evicted without refunds.


No cooking, cooking appliances, combustibles, or fireworks: The safety of our guests, staff, and this facility is essential to us. Except for the water kettle and refrigerator unit that the resort provides, food preparation in guest rooms by any cooking appliances is prohibited. A minimum fee of INR 10000/- will be charged for cooking in a room, including, but not limited to, coffee makers, hot plates, toaster ovens, water heaters, rice cookers, combustible, open flame, barbecue grills, burners, heating appliance, or any other item intended for cooking. Open fires, flames or cooking grills, charcoal or gas, and fireworks are prohibited anywhere on the property.


RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Angirasa Nature Getaways is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws. Angirasa Nature Getaways has a zero-tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or deny service or accommodation or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by the State of Telangana and the owners for the operation and management.


Angirasa Nature Getaways will refuse service or evict a guest:

() for refusal or failure to pay for accommodations

() is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and acts disorderly to disturb the peace of other guests or is not in compliance with state liquor laws.

() acts in a disorderly fashion as to disrupt the peace of other guests

() seeks to use the property for an unlawful purpose

() aims to bring into the property: an unlawfully possessed firearm; or something, including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess, and that may be dangerous to other persons

() destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens harm to resort property or guests

() causes or permits persons to exceed the maximum allowable room occupancy and refuses to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by Angirasa Nature Getaways for our operations and management.


HOUSEKEEPING

Daily Housekeeping provides all our guests with an exceptionally clean and safe glamping experience. Angirasa is a 100 % NON-SMOKING property, including medical marijuana. Rooms are cleaned and inspected daily, and a detailed log is maintained on each room and linen. Rooms are rented to guests in appropriate condition without any prohibited odor. Housekeeping and Front Desk staff are trained and skilled in identifying the odors from prohibited items. If our investigation concludes that you have smoked in your room, cooked, or brought a prohibited item into our facility, you will be fined and evicted without a refund.


Linen changing

Your comfort is essential to us. We will only service suites when guests place a "Service My Room" sign on their door. Bed linen is changed on a rotation schedule for guests staying multiple nights. Used towels are exchanged for fresh towels daily. If Housekeeping cannot change a bed due to personal items left on a bed, a note will be left. Housekeeping will be happy to change your bed linens and make your beds daily if all personal items are removed. Please get in touch with our Front Desk staff if you have any additional questions or concerns.

DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF PROPERTY

Registered guests and visitors are liable for any damage, howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s), resort premises, or property caused by you or any person in your party, whether or not staying at Angirasa during your stay. Angirasa reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge or debit the credit /debit card such amounts as it shall, in its sole discretion, deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost expenses incurred or suffered by Angirasa as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right, and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Resort property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting a specialist to make the repairs and, therefore, will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum. Damage discovered after checkout: Guest rooms with waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or "trashed" will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fees, administration fees, and/or third-party fees.


Damage to room

Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, and equipment, including removing electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc., will be charged at 120% of the total and new replacement value plus shipping and handling charges. Any damage to the property, whether accidental or wilful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the registered guest's credit card. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.


Damage to mattresses and bedding

Damage to mattresses and linen, including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, and blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe polish, etc., will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair, or replacement of the damaged article. Damage or tampering with fire detection systems/fire-fighting equipment: Angirasa reserves the right to take action against any guest or visitor found to have tampered or interfered with any detection equipment throughout the property, including detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, broken glass points, and fire extinguishers. Guests or visitors found to have tampered with any fire detection or fire-fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the management due to their actions and will be evicted from the property. Depending on the severity of the guest's actions, law enforcement may become involved at the management's discretion. Should the fact that fire-fighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right. You hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fees, cleaning fees, guest compensation, etc.


LOST & FOUND POLICY

Angirasa assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. However, if you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately, and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.


Found items

We are not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, except for perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to thirty (30) days. Records of Lost & Found items are retained for five years. A reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has been found. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded. Unclaimed items/no contact


Lost & Found items are held for thirty (30) days while we attempt to contact the guest. If we are unable to contact the guest during the thirty (30) day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) are thrown away, given to local organizations, or disposed of accordingly by Angirasa.


CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE RESORT POLICY/HOUSE RULES

Angirasa reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary, or add to these Resort Policies/House Rules or the arrangements and content featured on our website at any time without prior notice. Please check our website regularly for updates to Resort Policy/House Rules. Any modification to these Resort Policies/House Rules before your departure is considered a part of your reservation agreement with us. A copy of these Resort Policies/House Rules is on our website, in the Guest Room Notebook, and available from Front Desk staff upon request.


EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

Angirasa does not guarantee that all information available is free from errors or omissions, but we will use all reasonable endeavors to correct any errors or omissions once notified. Our opinions are our own. While we rigorously strive for accuracy, these opinions are necessarily subjective to some degree. All recommendations, opinions, and prices regarding properties and/or destinations displayed are provided only for guidance. We have endeavored to portray and describe our resort and/or service as best we can and to provide the most up-to-date information through our website and other communications with you to the best of our knowledge. We cannot be held liable for any discrepancies or differences that might arise between the content of our website (text, images, etc.) and any other 3rd party websites. Any commentary and other materials posted on our website are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. We, therefore, disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to the website or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.


COMPLAINTS

We would like to resolve amicably any reasonable complaint that we receive relating to the standard of service or accommodation arrangements. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, you must follow up by writing a formal complaint letter to us within 28 days of your return home, incorporating all other relevant information. It is a condition of this agreement that you communicate any problem relating to the standard of service or accommodation arrangements to the appropriate authority at Angirasa you will be staying in. If still not resolved, then follow this up with a written complaint. If you fail to follow this simple procedure, we cannot accept responsibility, as we have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify the matter. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are subject to the Laws and the Jurisdiction of INDIA.
